Who is MMusic?

We are an independent Australian business dedicated to helping local musicians sell their CDs online.

We receive our CDs direct from the musicians, sell them on our website and pay the artists direct.

Around 75-80% of the selling price is paid direct to the artist.

We are not a record label or affiliated with any label.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

You can also pay via PayPal, Money Order , Bank or Personal Cheque.

You can order online, by phone, fax or mail.

If you wish to order by fax or mail, simply go through the shopping cart, select the appropriate method and follow the on-screen instructions.

We understand that you may be buying music you are unfamiliar with. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund (N.B. We can not refund postage )

Security & Privacy Policy

All of our credit card transactions occur on the PayPal website, we do not receive any details of your card. PayPal is a world leader in secure transactions via the internet.

We never ever give your e-mail address to anyone, other than the artist who's CD you buy (and not even to them if you choose).

Our Privacy Pledge is that information given to us will only be used to enhance your shopping experience, resulting in a more personalised service for you. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.

Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can also choose to receive information via our Newsletter, notifying you of important changes to our site or offering you special promotions.

Shipping Policy

Once we receive your order, we despatch it within 48 hours via Australia Post. If your requested CD is out of stock we will advise you an approximate delivery date and check if you still wish to proceed. (If you don't we simply cancel your order and refund your payment).

Within Australia, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.

International orders should arrive within 10-14 business days.
