  More info

The trio CBC was formed in 1997, to create the CD titled, Miami to Rio. Blending the unique styles of Crawford Webb, as lead male vocalist from Trinidad & Tobago, Brooke Deam, as female lead vocalist, from the Gold Coast of Australia & Ches Haynes, as producer and back-up vocalist from Barbados. Together their cultural influences are a subtle yet feverish resemblance to Carnival's across the globe. The smooth velvet tones of Brooke's young, soulful, voice against the rough edge of the flamboyant vocals of Crawford, are tied nicely together with the sweet harmonies of Ches.

Festive, easy listening for the rhythm & soul within you. Unfortunately, this was the first and only album for the trio CBC, due to Ches Haynes, decision to further his focus on production instead of performance. So in 1998 Crawford Webb & Brooke Deam the remainders of the trio, decided to continue they're venture as a duo under the stage name of 'KULAZ' and have been performing to the masses of the Australian public since. KULAZ first release was in 2002 with a Pop/Soca titled “Please Just Go” which was given air play & a live interview with the duo by Sir Charles of 102FM on Mother’s Day in Trinidad. This year KULAZ had two songs released for Carnival 2006, titled “Turn Up Your Radio” & the latest track with a fast tempo of 160 titled “Heat Wave” Written & Arranged by the duo and mastered by KMP Music Lab.

Whilst in Trinidad for 2006 Carnival, The Australian group "KULAZ" was interviewed by every major newspaper in the country including Sunday Newsday - February 26th, The Sunday Express - MIX - February 12th, The Guardian - January 30th & February 11th, The Sunday Punch - March 19th, The Probe - February 26th, The Woman's Express February 19th. They were also interviewed on popular radio stations CT 105.FM, 91.9FM Trini Bashment, 94.1FM, i95.5FM, 90.1FM W.A.C.K & performed, at Carl & Carol Jacobs Launch at the Oval on TV 6 as well as live performance & interview on TV stations, Gayellle & Friday Nights Live, Synergy.

KULAZ currently have a popular music video for one of they're carnival release's this year titled "Heat Wave" played by Synergy TV, Gayellle TV & TV 6 across the Caribbean which is also being submitted to MTV TEMPO at present. KULAZ are currently completing an album with a combination of Soca, RnB, Reggae & Pop. Look out for this one its bound to surprise you!
