 ‘…having tasted success with his band Stars in the late 70s, he sure is no newcomer. That probably also explains the maturity in his music. Be warned though, he will lull you into a false sense of security with a gentle country-tinged ballad before letting loose with a romp of a boogie that will knock you off or onto, your feet. This has an old fashioned, middle-of-the-road quality about it with a touch of real soul’.
