Billy Pommer Jr is best known as drummer and a founding member of legendary Australian rock band “The Johnnys”. Billy has also played with icons such as “The Gun Club”, “Tex Perkins Butcher Shop” and the original “Paul Kelly and the Coloured Girls” as well as many one-off live shows and recording sessions for countless other noted Australian artists. Now, finally he is out from behind the drum kit fronting “Billy Pommer Jr and The Guilty Plea”.

This is Billy’s first solo album and contains eight original tracks with a unique sound that has been described as “Mexican Surf meets movie sound track”. In addition, this self-titled album contains Billy’s version of a rare Johnnys’ song “Johnny was a Bad Boy” and a cover version of the epic “Radar Love” originally released by Golden Earring.
